Find the dealerships to call, and what to say.
Oxpium builds the list of dealerships in your market, finds who decides at each store, tells you when one adds a brand or starts hiring, and runs the campaign.

Every dealership in your market, brand by brand.
Describe the target the way you'd tell a colleague: a metro, the brands, a size, new or used. The agent searches public sources and professional databases, reads each dealership's website to note the brands and the inventory, removes the duplicates, and hands you a list, not a page of results.

174 dealerships with their brands and headcount.
A brand
The agent reads each dealership's website and notes the brands on the lot, to target one manufacturer's stores or the multi-brand ones.
A size
Headcount from professional databases, to keep the big stores with a full sales floor or the smaller rooftops run by their owner.
Dealer groups
The agent reads each group's website and counts its rooftops, so you can pitch the group office instead of every store one by one.
New or used
The agent counts the used cars listed on each website, to find independent used car dealers or the franchised stores carrying a heavy pre-owned lot.
The right person, at every store.
At a dealership, who decides depends on what you sell: the general manager, the used car manager, the service director. The agent looks for the one you need, row by row, with a verified email and a cell when there is one, and reads the website to fill in the rest.

151 general managers found, 128 verified emails, 57 cell phones.
The general manager
Their name, verified email and cell when there is one, for the offers that get decided at the store and not at the group office.
The used car manager
The person who runs appraisals, reconditioning and online listings: usually the right door for anything that moves used cars faster.
Fixed ops
The service director or the parts manager, for anything that touches service appointments, the parts counter or the shop schedule.
What the website says
Cars listed, online trade-in appraisal, online service booking: the agent reads each website and fills one column per question.
Automations that run for you, and tell you which dealership to call.
Once the list is built, Oxpium keeps going without you. Each automation reruns its search on schedule and adds what just changed to the top of the list: a brand added to the lot, a group buying another rooftop, a BDC opening, a used inventory that keeps growing. Those are your signals, and they show up on their own.

2 dealerships show a new brand this month.
A new brand
Every month, the agent rereads each dealership's website and flags the ones adding a brand, often one of the newer EV makers.
A new rooftop
Every Monday, the agent rereads each group's locations page and flags the groups that just bought or opened another store.
Hiring
Every morning, the stores posting a salesperson, BDC rep or service advisor opening land at the top of the list, with the role next to them.
Your own watch
Any watch you can write in one sentence, like a used inventory growing month after month: the agent reruns it and tells you what changed.
A campaign that speaks dealership.
Email from your own mailbox, calls from your browser, and an agent step that tailors every follow-up. The campaign stays away from Saturdays, Monday mornings and the last days of the month, when the store is chasing its numbers, and stops as soon as the dealership replies.

Each variable is a column of your list, filled in by the agent.
Not at month-end
Tuesday to Thursday, mid-morning, and never in the last days of the month, when managers and sales floors are pushing to hit their targets.
The right desk
You call from your browser and ask for used cars or service by name. Every call is recorded, transcribed and summarized in the list.
Tailored messages
Every email is built from the list's columns, and an agent step reads the store's website, inventory or reviews to write each follow-up.
Stops on reply
As soon as a dealership replies, the campaign stops for them. You take it from there, and the next follow-up never goes out.
Frequently asked questions
Write “franchised dealerships in Ohio with 50+ employees that carry a Japanese brand”. The agent searches public sources and professional databases, reads each dealership's website to note its brands, removes duplicates and closed stores, and hands you the list with headcount, brands, phone and website for each one.
Ask by job title: “add the used car manager of each dealership, with their email”. The agent looks for the person in that role, verifies the email and adds a cell when there is one. Where nobody holds the title, the cell says “Not found” and the website's contact email takes over.
Tell the agent once: “every month, flag the dealerships on my list that show a brand they didn't carry before”. It rereads the websites, compares with the month before, and those stores land at the top of your list with the new brand next to them.
An email to the used car manager on Tuesday morning, a call two days later, a follow-up the agent writes from the inventory on the website. Nothing on Saturdays, nothing in the last days of the month. Emails go out from your own mailbox, calls from your browser, and the sequence stops as soon as a dealership replies.
For 300 dealerships with their website read, 220 emails and 80 cell phones, count around €45 of data on top of the subscription. An agency typically charges €1,200 to €2,000 for a comparable list, delivered once and never updated.See pricing
It depends on who signs. Build one list of dealer groups, with their headquarters and rooftop count, to reach the people who decide for every store, and one list of stores to reach the general managers. The two lists line up by group name.
