Apprenticeship centers, before the next class starts.
Oxpium builds the list of apprenticeship training centers in your area, finds the training director, tells you when a center adds a program or a lab, and runs the campaign at the right time.

The training centers in your area, trade by trade.
A 60-apprentice carpentry center and a 900-apprentice electrical center with two campuses don't buy the same things. Tell the agent the trade, the states, the size: it searches public sources, business listings and each center's website, removes the duplicates, and hands you a list.

214 training centers in Ohio, Indiana and Michigan.
A trade
Electrical, pipe trades, HVAC, carpentry, sheet metal, ironworkers, line work: the agent reads each center's website and notes its trades.
A size
The number of apprentices and instructors, often shown on the website, to tell a small local center from a large regional one.
A model
Joint labor-management, employer association or single-employer program: the agent notes who runs each center, row by row.
The facilities
Welding booths, live electrical labs, a climbing yard, a fabrication shop: the agent notes what each website shows of the training floor.
The training director, and the people who run the floor.
At a training center, the training director runs the program and brings the big purchases to the board. The apprenticeship coordinator handles intake, schedules and hours. Depending on what you sell, it's not the same door. The agent finds both, reads each center's website and verifies every email before adding it.

The training director
Their name, often on the website's staff page, with their email and cell phone when there is one. They bring purchases to the board.
The coordinator
The apprenticeship coordinator, who runs applications, schedules, attendance and on-the-job hours: the right person for anything day to day.
Application windows
When applications open, how long the program lasts, the entry test: what each website says, sorted into columns you can filter.
The training floor
Labs, welding booths, simulators, a second campus: the agent reads each website and notes what the center shows of its equipment.
Automations that watch the training centers for you.
Once the list is built, Oxpium keeps going without you. Each automation reruns its search on schedule and adds what just changed to the top of the list: applications opening, a job posting, a new lab. Those are your signals, and they show up on their own.

Applications open
Every week, the agent rereads each center's website and flags the ones that just opened applications for the next class, with the dates.
Hiring
Every morning, centers posting a job land at the top of the list: instructor, apprenticeship coordinator, outreach or office staff.
New facilities
Every month, the agent flags the centers announcing a new building, a second campus or a new lab on their website or in the news.
Your own watch
Any watch you can write in one sentence, like centers adding a solar or EV charging program: the agent reruns it and tells you what changed.
A campaign that fits the training year.
Classroom training mostly runs from late August to May, and applications, tests and interviews take over a big part of winter. Equipment and curriculum for next year are chosen in spring and installed over the summer. The sending window follows the early hours of the trades, and the sequence stops on the first reply.
Subject center for the fall class
Each variable is a column of your list, filled in by the agent.
Spring and summer
Next year's equipment and curriculum are chosen from March to June. Your campaigns go out then, before the board signs off and classes resume.
Early hours
Training directors start early and teach or meet in the afternoon. Emails and calls go out between 7:30 and 10 am, Monday to Thursday.
Calls from the browser
You call from your browser, at the hours the office picks up. Every call is recorded, transcribed and summarized right in the list.
Stops on reply
As soon as anyone at the center replies, the sequence stops for the whole center. You take it from there, and nothing else goes out.
Frequently asked questions
Write “construction apprenticeship training centers in Ohio, Indiana and Michigan, with their trade and number of apprentices”. The agent searches public sources and business listings, reads each center's website, removes duplicates and hands you the list in a few minutes.
Ask for “the training director of each center, with their email and cell phone”. The agent reads the staff page, looks for the person in professional databases, verifies every email and adds the cell when it finds one. When they can't be found, the center's main email takes over.
Tell the agent once: “every Monday, flag the centers on my list that just opened applications”. It rereads the websites, compares with the week before, and those centers land at the top of your list with the application dates.
A first email in March, when next year's equipment is chosen, a call two days later, then a follow-up the agent writes from each center's website and job postings. Emails go out from your own mailbox Monday to Thursday between 7:30 and 10 am, and the sequence stops as soon as a center replies.
For 250 centers with their website read, 190 verified training director emails and about 70 cell phones, count around €35 of data on top of the subscription. An agency typically charges €800 to €1,200 for a comparable list, delivered once and never updated.See pricing
The training director runs the center and prepares purchases, but larger ones usually go to a board of trustees made of union and contractor representatives, which meets on a set schedule. Reach the training director early enough to get on the agenda: a spring proposal often lands at the board meeting before summer.
