Find the warehouses to call, before peak.
Oxpium builds the list of warehouses and 3PLs in your area, finds the site GM, tells you when one of them has a reason to buy, and runs the campaign.

The warehouses in your area, building by building.
An e-commerce 3PL in New Jersey and a cold storage site in the Inland Empire don't buy the same forklifts or the same software. Tell the agent the area, the size, the activity: it searches public sources, business listings, professional databases, job postings and websites, and removes the duplicates.

- Professional databases · 20 to 250 employees
186 warehouse sites with 20 to 250 employees.
A logistics hub
The Inland Empire, Columbus, the Lehigh Valley or Exit 8A: the agent covers the area and hands you one row per building, with no duplicates.
A real headcount
A headcount measured in professional databases, 20 to 250 employees for example, to reach the sites that actually fit your offer.
An activity
E-commerce, cold storage, hazmat, bulk, spare parts: the agent reads each 3PL's website and keeps only the ones doing that work.
A moment
Hiring pickers or forklift operators, opening a building, new this year: criteria you combine in the same sentence, the way you'd say it.
The site GM, and what happens inside the building.
At a multi-site 3PL, each building has its general manager, who picks the forklifts, the staffing agency and the janitorial crew; at an independent, it's the owner. The agent fills in the columns your campaign needs, row by row: the right person, the website email, the square footage and the activity read from the website. Every email is verified before it's added.

- Looking for cell phones
171 site leaders found, 147 verified emails, 58 cell phones.
The site GM
At a multi-site 3PL, each building has its own GM: the agent finds them by job title, with a verified email and a cell when there is one.
The owner
At an independent 3PL with one or two buildings, the owner is the buyer: the agent finds them, with their email and their cell phone.
Square footage and sites
The square footage and the number of buildings, read from the 3PL's website. When the size isn't listed, the cell says “Not found”.
What they store
Cold storage, hazmat, e-commerce, bulk, spare parts: the agent notes the services and the goods each warehouse lists on its website.
Automations that watch for you, and tell you which warehouse to call.
Once the list is built, Oxpium keeps going without you. Each automation reruns its search on schedule and adds what just changed to the top of the list: a building that opens, bulk hiring before peak, a new GM wanted, drivers complaining about dock wait times. Those are your signals, and they show up on their own.

New warehouses
Every Monday, an automation reruns the search for warehouses in your area and adds the ones that just appeared to the top of the list.
Bulk hiring
Every Monday, another one flags the sites posting five or more picker or forklift openings: peak is coming and they're short on people.
Leadership roles
A site GM or a maintenance manager wanted means someone new is coming in and will review the vendors. The agent flags it for you.
Your own watch
Any watch you can write in one sentence, like driver reviews about dock wait times: the agent reruns it on schedule and tells you.
A campaign that speaks warehouse.
Mornings go to receiving; afternoons go to picking and shipping before the carriers show up. The site GM comes up for air mid-morning, after the shift huddle. The campaign writes and calls right then, from your own mailbox and your browser, and stops as soon as someone replies.
Subject The forklifts at your city site
Each variable is a column of your list, filled in by the agent.
Between huddle and outbound
Emails and calls go out mid-morning, after the shift huddle and before the outbound rush that takes over the whole afternoon.
Before or after peak
From mid-November to the end of December, warehouses run flat out. Launch in September or January, unless you sell extra hands.
Calls from the browser
You call from your browser. Every call is recorded, transcribed and summarized right in the list, on the warehouse's own row.
Stops on reply
As soon as a site GM replies, the campaign stops for them. You take it from there, and the next follow-up never goes out.
Frequently asked questions
Write “warehouses and 3PLs in the Inland Empire with 20 to 250 employees”. The agent searches public sources and business listings across the area, measures headcount in professional databases and removes duplicates. You get one row per building, with the city, headcount, phone and website.
Ask the agent to read each 3PL's website: most list their square footage, their number of buildings and what they store. When the size isn't there, the cell says “Not found” and you still have the headcount. The agent doesn't search property records or permits.
Tell the agent once: “every Monday, flag the warehouses on my list that post five or more openings for pickers or forklift operators”. The automation counts each site's postings, and the ones hiring in bulk land at the top of your list with a “Bulk hiring” badge and the number of openings.
An email to the site GM mid-morning, a call two days later, an agent step that rereads the 3PL's website (cold storage, rack height, hazmat), then a follow-up in the same thread. Emails leave from your own mailbox, calls from your browser are recorded, transcribed and summarized, and the sequence stops as soon as a warehouse replies.
For 400 warehouse sites with their website read, 330 verified emails for site GMs or owners and about 130 cell phones, count around €80 of data on top of the subscription. An agency typically charges €1,500 to €2,500 for a comparable list, delivered once and never updated.See pricing
Either, just say so in the sentence. If you sell forklifts, janitorial or staffing, ask for one row per building, with the city and each site's GM: they're the buyer. If you sell software or a national contract, ask for one row per company, with the owner and the number of buildings.
